JIM CUNNINGHAM has been providing distinctive location photographs to his clients for over 20 years.
Being raised in Pittsburgh, PA the arena of industry was always around him and by his late teens an abiding interest in railroads was the catalyst that made him purchase his 1st camera. Jim Cunninghamwent on to earn a degree in Design and Visual Communications from Southern Illinois University. He then came back to his home and begun his career at Pittsburgh’s biggest and busiest studio and eventually became staff photographer for Bechtel Company on a foreign project for 2 years in Saudi Arabia. With his accumulated experience his studio has been serving Corporate and Industrial customers in the United States by providing distinct images of their employees, items and facilities. Jim Cunningham’s work has brought him into coal mines, steel mills, rail depots and numerous production factories as well as hospital centres and corporate headquarters throughout the United States and worldwide. He has hung out of airplanes, Crawled around in a 38 in. coal mine and gone up 2 hundred feet in a cherry picker to get that defining point of view.
