JIM CUNNINGHAM has been providing distinctive location photographs to his clientele for over two decades.
Growing up in Pittsburgh the world of industry was always around him and by his early adulthood an interest in railroads was the flame that led him to acquire his first camera. JIM CUNNINGHAM went on to acquire a Masters Degree Design and Visual Communications from Southern Illinois University. He then went back to his home and started his career at Pittsburgh’s biggest and most active photography studio and was promoted to staff photographer for Bechtel Corporation on a foreign project for 2 years in Saudi. With his combined experience his studio has been serving Corporate and Industrial customers throughout the US by providing outstanding images of their people, merchandise and buildings. Jim Cunningham’s work has taken him into coal mines, steel mills, rail depots and countless industrial factories as well as hospital centres and corporate headquarters in the United States and across the world . He has hung out of ‘copters, spalunked around in aThirty-eight inch coal mine and lifted up Two hundred ft. in a crane bucket to get that distinctive angle of view.
